Much like the NHS, the Danish healthcare system is funded through taxation. So, you shouldn’t expect any extra costs once you have received your yellow card.
What is the yellow card? It’s like an NHS medical card. It shows that you are entitled to free healthcare.

When you move to Aarhus, you’ll need to declare HM Revenue and Customs that you no longer live in the UK. Of course, since you’ll be paying taxes in Denmark, you’ll need to get a tax number from the Danish tax authority.
Just remember, you can only apply 21 days before you start work, and you’ll need your CPR number.

You’re moving abroad, so you won’t be needing gas and electricity in your old home. So, be sure to cancel subscriptions that you’ll no longer be using. You can keep the Netflix; you can use that after you move to Aarhus.
After you change address, it is still possible that mail could arrive for you. So, if you don’t want to be in arrears, cover your rear by leaving a forwarding address with your landlord or contact Royal Mail about redirecting your mail.
