We are extremely disappointed with GB Liners service. We were unable to attend the move due to Covid but provided a detailed inventory of the items to be moved as well as photographs of each item. Despite this, they packed and removed a large and valuable piece of furniture that was not on the list and did not belong to us (which then had to be returned resulting in a month's long delay in receipt of the shipment), improperly packed 6 items of furniture (three glass tables and three glass lamps) which then arrived broken and failed to pack (or failed to deliver) two other items. They also were extremely rude in their communications with us after the move and refused to take any responsibility for their errors.
Very friendly and competent. Was kept informed from day one. I recommend this company especially when moving abroad.

From the start of the process with GB Liners, quotation with administration team, to delivery, teams have been very friendly, with high level real professional advices for customer - best prices, best calculation of volume, packing, organisation for the pre-move services. At the delivery the team in charge has been very careful with instructions, specific requests, and delivery itself. As admin team, the guys in charge very friendly, polite, discret, and did protect belongings from start to delivery in the rooms, protecting floors, walls. In long distance admin team was very responsive and helpful even on delivery day with a prompt communication. Efficient and professional company, very nice people to work with.

If it wasn’t for [name removed by Sirelo]’s smooth and beautiful negotiation, I would have gone with another company, hence the recommendations.Luckily I chose GB Liners!
Despite the high heat, the boys worked extremely fast and professional.They filled up their van with our million boxes in 4 hours.
After 2 weeks in storage they were delivered to us in Bicester, equally fast and professional.
Only had 1 plate broken, which had to be my fault, I’ve done the packaging!
All in all we had the best experience with GB liners, hands down we will be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is after a smooth move!

Es trat eine Komplikation von Extern auf, welche schnell und effizient in Zusammenarbeit geloest wurde.
GB Liners did a fantastic job. The initial date of the move had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, they always kept in close contact with me, keeping me updated on what was going on. The packing of the flat contents took placeon the 3rd of June, and they did a 5 star work. Now I am just waiting for the delivery, have already been given a date, since I live in Portugal.

Excellent communication, helpful, professional service. We moved from Switzerland to the UK back in 2016 and again to come back to Switzerland in 2020. We were very happy with them. We would recommend them with confidence to anyone.
It was inexpensive in comparison to what other companies offered. The process was quite straightforward. Everything was on time and as expected.
I have given this rating because they were very helpful in every possible way and were very professional starting with somebody visiting us to see exactly what furniture there was, the packing up to the point that they had to retrieve our passports again which I left on the printer which was in the removal van.

The furniture was collected on time and delivered on time. That is the most important thing. Nothing was damaged and only very small issue over missing glass top of small table. Insignificant in whole scheme of things and dealt with without any fuss. Very pleased with the job.
I found the whole experience very efficient and professional. All staff I had contact with were very helpful. Any concerns I had were quickly responded to.
Removal team were professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble in spite of the heatwave during my move!!
Excellent service received from GB liners Hereford. Very efficient and polite personal both in the office and from the removal team. On time for the start of the removal and for the drop off at new address. Always willing to be helpful and considerate, very careful with the delicates in particular, ensured things that needed an extra cover had them to ensure nothing got damaged or marked. Dropped off everything in the room I wanted without issue including if i changed my mind, nothing too much trouble for these GB Liner removal men. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

Overall very efficient in providing quote, setting up schedule and packing goods for shipping overseas in container. Yet to see if goods survive the journey.

Sehr freundlich. Sehr prezise in datenangabe udn Uhrzeit. Emails wruden zuegig beantwortet und als der Transport eine halbe Stunde verspaetet war, wurde eine Stunde vorher angerufen um uns zu warnen.
Von allen Lieferungen, die wir hier in den letzten Wochen hatten (und das waren einige), waren dies die freundlichsten, puenktlichsten und hilfsbereitesten.

I cannot praise GB Liners enough. From the start of the process, everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful. The quote we received was good value and we appreciated that it included everything, including insurance, so what we were quoted was exactly what we ended up paying. The staff at GB Liners answered all my pre-move questions promptly. On the moving day, a team of two turned up on time and worked professionally and politely despite our neighbours trying to cause problems. On the delivery day the team again arrived on time at 8:30 and by 13:30 they had put everything where we wanted it and re-assembled our bed, sofa and wardrobe. Plus everything was packed professionally and arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was brilliant and took so much stress away from us. I would recommend GB Liners to everyone.

The movers were obviously professional, packed everything very well. Communication was excellent throughout - kept the time scale to the minute. Unfortunately most of the furniture had small damages. I would still recommend them though

This was, as the client says, a difficult move. The client could not attend or be represented and we waived our normal requirement for that to happen to try and be helpful in the pandemic. That was a mistake. The client chose not to buy cover for loss and damage in transit despite the consequences of so doing being explained to her. So when there was (alleged) loss and some damage she was upset that we would not entertain her claim. She commented that she misinterpreted the situation if she didn't buy cover but unfortunately still blames us. We do do our best to explain to customers the importance of buying cover for loss and damage, and for buying it for the full value of the goods but sometimes people reject our advice.
