All the latest interactions are so bad, and we still have not received anything after 4 months of initial packing, I don't know if we will ever receive them.
They are not proactive either, provide the update only when we chase for one.
Unless you want to add to the stress of moving, I'd highly recommend you do it yourself.
Badly packed - Items including plates and glasses were cracked and damaged when they were being packed before they even left the apartment, and had to be binned. Items intended for air freight were incorrectly stickered and packed into the shipping container and had to be moved by me personally to the correct lorry.
Badly shipped - Items were shipped to Brazil and not Hong Kong as requested and detailed on the inventory, no this is not a joke.
