I have sent a couple containers of my possessions to the Ballards' storage facilities in Newark, and the other couple containers were sent to Milan, Italy. So technically I have moved with them twice. On both occasions, their employees (yes, employees, not random contractors!) were very polite, hardworking, meticulous and kind. It was important to know that I could trust them as I was managing both processes by myself. The back office was brilliant too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
