What is Sirelo?

We, TriGlobal, have been in the removals industry since 2004. For more than two decades, we’ve seen the same problems time and again: people struggling to choose a reliable removal company, getting stung by hidden fees, and having no idea who to trust.

For 21 years we worked behind the scenes building relationships with removal firms worldwide. That taught us the difference between excellent service and empty promises. We’ve seen it all:

• Removal companies that consistently did what they said they would
• Pricing models that were fair — and those designed to confuse you
• Customers who tried to pressure companies for discounts by threatening bad reviews

In 2016 we started Sirelo to share what we’d learned. Sirelo is a free, independent online platform that helps you plan, compare, and organise international and domestic removals.

Our mission is simple: make moving home easier by providing transparent information, expert content, verified customer reviews and experiences, and access to reliable removal companies.

We didn’t start Sirelo from the outside looking in. We’ve been in the removals industry since 2004.

Sirelo’s independence and commitment to transparency

Who pays us

We are funded by removal companies that are actively looking for customers to help.

When a removal company receives contact details from someone who requests quotes through Sirelo, they pay us a small fee. It’s a finder’s fee for the introduction — and it keeps the platform free for you.

Can paying partners influence us?

Absolutely not. Companies pay for leads, not for control. We stay independent in how we evaluate removal companies, how we show reviews, and what standards we set.

We prove that independence in practice:

• We enforce a 3-strike policy. We don’t remove partners over one issue, but repeated problems lead to ending the relationship.
• Reviews aren’t for sale. We don’t delete verified negative reviews, even if it costs us revenue. Reviews are only removed in specific cases (author request, wrong company, or limited cases via a valid court order).
• We filter out marketing. We ask for proof of a removal before publishing reviews, and we reject reviews that look promotional, manipulated, or unreliable.

What we stand for

We’re not here to be “neutral”. We’re here to be fair.

The removals industry has two big problems:

1. Information asymmetry — removal companies know the rules, most customers don’t.
2. Lack of trust — because bad actors exist on both sides.

Our stance is simple: we protect honest people from dishonest ones. That means calling out hidden fees and vague contracts, and also calling out unreasonable consumer demands or attempts to game reviews. If you’re acting in good faith, we’re on your side.

What Sirelo doesn’t do

• Sirelo does not participate in the removals process. We are a comparison and information platform, not a removal company. We rely on our network of qualified partners to carry out the removal.
• We do not represent any specific removal company — all our recommendations are vetted equally. No single removal company will ever be recommended above another.
• We do not guarantee prices — the quotes you receive will vary depending on a company’s own policies and business practices.
• We do not act as an insurer — removal companies should provide their own insurance and protection for your belongings.
• We do not take sides; we provide honest and complete information.

Dispute resolution

Sirelo doesn’t mediate disputes between customers and removal companies. We keep the platform fair by applying the same rules to everyone, and we enforce our standards through our partner policies. If a review is disputed, it stays unless it meets narrow removal conditions (author request, wrong company, or in limited cases a valid court order). When there’s disagreement, we encourage removal companies to reply publicly so users can see both sides.
