Simply excellent. Alan was so helpful, reliable and professional that we worked to time our move so CTW could move us. We moved today. Prompt and great care taken of belonging and properties. They even put down protective film and runners on the carpets and special covers for all manner of items. They dismantled and re-erected beds and an extremely heavy dining table, as well as disconnecting and re-connecting the washing machine. In service and value they seemed head and shoulders above other rated companies. Immensely grateful to Alan, Chris, Mark and Jamie for ensuring we had such a successful, pleasant and easy move. We would highly recommend CTW.

From start to finish CTW were fantastic! A speedy and professional service was provided by all involved. The quote was received in record time and arrangements agreed very speedily indeed.
CTW have moved me before, but this move was from the mainland to the Isle of Wight, so there was a lot more involved. CTW had previously moved my Mum to the island too, so I knew this wasn't an issue for them. There were a few tight squeezes at the new property, but it was not too much trouble at all (despite my panics!).
I honestly cannot recommend Alan and the team highly enough. A great service and competitive too. 5* without a doubt.

CTW were incredible. We used them to move over 75miles in June 2021, during a period of exceptional demand within the housing market. At all times the team were professional, helpful, incredibly hard working, friendly and considerate of our needs. The move went without a hitch, the CTW team arrived exactly when they said they would, did exactly what they promised and charged us a very fair price. They undertook a full packing service for us, and absolutely everything made it to our new house without any trouble. 4 full Luton-box vans, including garden plants, delicates and bulky furniture. These guys are amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and everyone. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I live in Camberley and moved recently with CTW. Chris came around and did a quote thoroughly and provide competitive quote for pack and move service. They came in two days before to pack everything up in boxes with properly protecting our fragile stuff too. Moving day only took 2 hours to load up for us. (2 bed room flat contents) it took about 2 hours to unload and they even reassemble your furnitures. I would highly recommend them and would love to use them again.
