Absolutely great from the first phone call to saying goodbye to you once they have moved you into your new home...so efficient, friendly and hardworking. The crew took such care of everything, making a long tiring day go smoothly, and were a pleasure to have by our side on moving day. You are in safe hands with Mimic and l would thoroughly recommend them :)

It is a great pleasure to record quite excellent service we received from Mimik Removals when we sold our house and moved into an apartment half the size. The team were quite outstanding with nothing seemingly a problem on what was for us a quite stressful day. They arrived on time, did our packing and the next day finished off and delivered everything to our new home with zero breakages. We could not recommend more highly!

What a simply outstanding service, from Mimic. Retiring from the Forces, we recently completed our 14th move in 25 years - so we know a thing or two about removals: the good, the bad and the frankly awful. From the outset, Mimic’s communication (thank you Maya!) and planning was absolutely first class. Incredibly smart, courteous, hard working and vitally punctual, Mimic took such good care of our precious possessions on what became a large-scale move. But I shouldn’t be surprised: Mimic is a British Army Veteran company - owned and operated by former Gurkhas and logistics experts, whom I personally served with for over 20 years on operations around the world. From an urgent start on my end for a price quoze to twice delayed move in day due to property not ready to occupy the Mimik team offered quick appointment and costing via video view of items to be moved, tremendous flexibility with changed move dates and a very competent, friendly and professional move team.
All for very fair pricing and a 10% deposit to hold the booking.
As a woman, I appreciated being treated respectfully by the move team when qiestions were asked of them.
Definitely will use and recommend Mimik for all future moves.
I align with their way of doing business amd their care for customers and goods.

The removals team were very punctual and efficient and were happy to accommodate all my requirements, even making an additional journey to collect additional boxes when I found myself falling behind schedule. They took great care with all my possessions and their customer service team were very helpful and responsive.
Moving is never an easy task but Mimik took a lot of the stress out of it.
