27The service was awful, there was delay after delay and when the tools and toolbox arrived just before Christmas, it was damaged and thousands of pounds worth of tools were missing/stolen.
I have been trying to deal with [Names removed by Sirelo] at Deliver 1 however, they are not taking responsibility and are no longer replying to my emails despite paying extra to use their ‘insurance policy’.
I am now in the process of taking legal action which I wanted to avoid however, as I am missing approximately £6k/£7k worth of tools and getting zero response from the company, I have no other choice.
My advice; avoid this company at all costs. It is not worth the stress and severe anxiety it will give you. They will not look after your personal and cherished items.
If this review stops at least one person from getting the same terrible experience I have gone through then it was worth leaving.Read more
On the phone Mr . He was very kind. The movers much less.nn have kept the agreements made have broken a TV not refunded, and nn have disassembled a chest of drawers leaving it in the old house.ora I do not answer the phone x have clarifications.
