Can't rate this company highly enough! From start to finish the service has been amazing. [Name removed by Sirelo] was so friendly and helpful, always very receptive and answered my queries very quickly. [Name removed by Sirelo] was awesome! Super friendly, picked all my belongings up bang on time and delivered to Spain on the exact time frame I gave. Absolutely 10 out 10 for these...I highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟

This was a very smooth and efficient experience, during a stressful and chaotic time (relocating to a new country)! Moving to Paris from London was made a lot easier with Delivery1. They responded to emails very quickly (and kindly!), and were easily reachable by phone during the whole experience (and I sent a lot of emails! haha). There was lots to do as far as labelling boxes for customs etc, but their customer portal made it very easy to follow clear instructions, and their customer service was always there to help clarify any questions. I had them stop at 2 different locations because I was moving my flat and art studio, and all of my items arrived to Paris in good condition. It was a really good experience in my case and would recommend!

Terrible experience, took weeks to arrive and the company where unreachable, never informed us when the items were sent leaving us with storage fees in the uae. Blocked us to avoid having to apologise or take any responsibility. Refused to communicate and left us frustrated and deflated by the whole experience. I’d highly recommend NOT to use the company and pay extra to use a company more professionally equipped. I have another shipment needed to be posted and will be avoiding this company.

I needed to move some stuff from France to the UK. Not having any relevant experience, I was nervous. I looked at other companies, all were good. I chose and ordered Deliver1 and was not disappointed. Professional, friendly and flexible. Will definitely use again if needed.

Our move was made stress free and went without any problems thanks to excellent administrative support by [Name removed by Sirelo] and a user friendly portal for all the paperwork and documentation. Both employees undertaking the actual move were very friendly and helpful. We required collection from three separate addresses before the final delivery and everything ran smoothly. I can’t comment on the packing service as we packed everything ourselves. The price for the move was very competitive and I would definitely recommend using the company if you are moving abroad.

We're sorry to hear that your experience with us was frustrating, and we regret that the shipment did not go as smoothly as planned.
To clarify, the delays stemmed from the initial paperwork not being completed in time in which we was chasing you, this unfortunately meant the shipment missed the original scheduled departure. Once the paperwork was finalized, we then informed you that it would need to go on the next available flight. At your request, we then placed the shipment on hold as you mentioned you may want it returned to you, you then changed your mind again and told us to continue with sending the shipment with the airline, but by then the airline had pulled your shipment and you had then missed another flight. This led to further delays before the shipment could eventually be dispatched.
We remained available through the whole process, but some of our workers resorted to replying only by email due to the insulting / aggressive manor you spoke to them in.
W e understand that shipping delays are stressful, and our team did their best to support throughout, despite the challenges and intensity of the communication. We always strive to assist our clients with professionalism, even in difficult circumstances.
