I had a really good experience with deliver1. I was moving a relatively small amount of stuff roughly 25 boxes and no furniture between London and Germany (Frankfurt area).
I was able to secure a decent price due to the fact I was flexible on dates for pick up and delivery. Everything arrived without issue.
I would say the quick communication via email and particularly WhatsApp was really good. Being able to ask a question and get a response within 20-30 minutes usually was great and helped at every stage of the process.
As I packed the stuff myself I had to print out the labels and use the online portal to produce the inventory. This isn’t too bad if you’re organised.
Overall really good
