Upon delivery, my bags were broken and three bags had grown wings. I got only 9 bags out of 12. This was in September, and till today, it’s been stories upon stories.
The claims department asked for pictures of missing. I let them know I couldn’t remember all I had in the bag as I sent a lot of things. I sent pictures of 21 clothing items I remembered, but again, they asked for receipts for price evidence!
I was so angry cos I categorically stated that these were used personal items, some of which I bought years ago. Now it’s almost winter and I still don’t have my bags of warm clothing! I’m so hurt
We sincerely apologise for the situation that led to this review.
The additional costs were explained at the time, as the measurements and weights provided during booking were significantly lower than what we collected. With air freight, increased volume results in higher costs.
Regarding the missing bags, we deeply regret the loss caused by the handling agent. As this is ultimately our responsibility, we have refunded you the standard liability amount along with an additional goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.
