The team arrived in London over an hour late, visibly exhausted and unprepared, having worked since 4am. They argued amongst themselves, and almost had a fight with a passerby which created a tense and stressful atmosphere. One worker even walked off mid-job. I had to step in to the van to help with loading and organizing items. They brought a vehicle far too small, forcing us to pay extra for a second trip. The owner, [Name removed by Sirelo] was rude and dismissive, accused us of lying, and threatened not to return to pick up our belongings with the second Luton van even after paying for it in advance. Items were handled carelessly, with several damaged and lost, and we even received someone else’s possessions. While the final delivery went more smoothly, this company showed a total lack of professionalism. If you value your belongings and peace of mind, avoid them at all costs.

[Name removed by Sirelo] helped us move in today. They were extremely helpful and took great care with our belongings. The only downside was the questionnaire prior to moving which took a long time to complete and in the end we underestimated how much we had to move and incurred an additional fee. Overall though the price was reasonable and the service was excellent.
