Service provided was very professional. Timely manner in responding to emails and inquiries (Claire). They do a house visit (Neil) to assess what would be needed on the day of the move. They arrived on time and finished on time, on the day agreed upon. The care they took in carrying, transporting and unloading the boxes and items are quite remarkable. They even provided particular care with items - such as TVs, wardrobe hanging boxes and mattress cover. The movers ( sorry I've completely forgotten their names) were respectful of the property when unloading the boxes. They laid down mats to protect the carpet, which have been newly cleaned, and even removing their shoes when going upstairs. I would 100% recommend using their service, you are in good hands.

The two-man team arrived 10 minutes early. They were soon loading the van. It was a difficult move at the new address as there was only a small lift. The team managed to get every piece of furniture in the lift. A great job. I thoroughly recommend Newtons Removals. A very professional approach

Carl and Karl were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to help me and made the whole experience easy and stress free. What a great company. After been scammed by a man with a van on Facebook I contacted Newtons Removal Services, and I can honestly say it was the best thing I did. They were truly accommodating as I was contacting them last minute. They arrived on time and got straight to it, they were nice and kind at a time that was extremely stressful and looked after all my items in the move. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again and I would recommend them to anyone needing this service. A good price for a great professional removal company.

From the quote to the move the service has been great. Carl came to do the quote and was very friendly whilst professional and no question was unanswered. Claire who does the admin side of things was lovely and friendly. The team of 4 on the day, N,C,T&K, were fantastic, I believe it was K's first day on the job too. Reassuring me all the way. My sofa would not go in the new property but the team are coming back o sort this. All in all I was pleased with everything and would recommend.

A great experience with Newtons Removal Services from booking efficiently and quickly with Claire (at a competitive price) to the removal day itself. Carl and Dan were very friendly, efficient and really careful with our belongings. They were excellent at reassembly also and a real credit to the company. Highly recommended!
