My Smooth Moves in 2019, and starting a house removals company wasn’t the driving passion. The hospitality industry was. We were just exceptionally good at doing removals. In February 2019, Alistair had the idea to leverage the expertise as a removal man and combine it with his hospitality industry enthusiasm. Five star service from the team at My Smooth Moves. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the area!

Due to some unfortunate mortgage expiration dates, I had to move all of my flat in to storage and then onward at a subsequent date. Alistair recommended a cheap storage unit nearby and arranged both moves, which went seamlessly.

The team on both moves were absolutely fantastic, packing up the flat carefully, quickly and better than I could ever have done.

Alistair and the team were absolutely great! Flexible, knowledgeable, on time and most importantly, the entire team was in a good mood all day! He promised me it would be stress free, and it was! I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but if I do, it’ll be using them! Highly recommend!

Alistair and the team were excellent, patient with us and our 8-year old daughter, polite and professional the whole way through. They dismantled the larger furniture pieces that could not be removed as whole and re-built them at the other end which made such a difference to the time taken to get properly moved in. A great service end-to-end.

We used Alistair and his team for a pack and move, and they were brilliant all the way from initial contact to us being moved into our new place. Friendly, professional and cheerful, nothing was too much trouble for them! Also really easy to communicate with throughout (and accommodating of a last minute change of date), and they made the moving day feel way less stressful than we expected.
Would definitely use My Smooth Moves again - they lived up to their name!
