My Smooth Moves in 2019, and starting a house removals company wasn’t the driving passion. The hospitality industry was. We were just exceptionally good at doing removals. In February 2019, Alistair had the idea to leverage the expertise as a removal man and combine it with his hospitality industry enthusiasm. We were so impressed with Smooth Moves. We were expecting a stressful, awful and back breaking experience, but it wasn’t so. We were in disbelief as to how smooth Alastair and his friendly, hardworking team made the experience. We moved city, everything was packed for us and everything placed exactly where we wanted. We barely lifted a finger and there was not one argument in the family, lol. I would 100% recommend Smooth Moves. Their price was very competitive too. Thank you Smooth Moves.

We used this team 7 months ago and, because of the great experience, chose them again, and they delivered another excellent move. The crew was professional, responsible, and very careful with all of our belongings. From start to finish, they handled everything with attention to detail, making the process smooth and completely stress-free. Alistair and the team were great from start to finish, helping to take some of the stress out of a recent house move in Beckenham. Alistair even managed to accommodate a late change in date.

I would definitely use them again and am really glad we opted for the full pack service. Thanks for the hard work over the two days with a big shout out to Tom, Josh, Will, Leon, Cameron and Matt!

A huge, huge thank you to Alistair and our packing/moving team over the last two days. People say moving house is one of the most stressful things to do but the whole process was actually a pleasure with Tom, Will, Dave and Josh. They were legends! Such troopers, they didn’t stop! The whole house packed, moved and boxes unloaded into the right rooms in the new house over two days. They worked quickly and were an utter pleasure to have around. We couldn’t have asked for more and are super happy with everything. Hopefully this is our forever house but should we ever need moving services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use My Smooth Moves again.

Alistair and his team were brilliant. They turned up on time moving all my items very carefully. I felt stressed approaching the move but Alistair took charge and calmy explained the steps to me. Boxes were placed in the assigned rooms and areas in my new property.
I don't intend moving any time soon but if I do it will be Alistair and his team that will undertake the move for me.
