We had a brilliant experience with D&M, who moved our belongings from the south of England to the very north of Scotland in the middle of winter. They were incredibly helpful and good natured all through the process, and the sales representative was equally helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic team, well organised, polite, professional and prompt. They packed away our five bedroom house in a few hours, they dismantled our beds and reassembled them in the new house. They also stored our contents for several months and there were no damages.
One of the team walked me around my old and new house, checking everything was as it should be and they even moved furniture around for me when I changed my mind in the new house.
I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Total professionals and the office is extremely responsive.

The team did a brilliant job and went above and beyond to help our move. They packed all of our stuff in rapid time. They were happy to move boxes and items wherever we desired (even if we changed our mind). Where they really excelled for me, was a pit stop at my old residence to collect a lot more items than I had initially told them. We are very grateful.

Brilliant company. After having two other quotes for our house move, D&M were the most competitive. Obviously we didn't just choose them because of the price but also because of the positive reviews other people had given. Booked an appointment with Hayley to give us a quote, she even gave us a 10% discount as we had a flyer through the post, also had the offer of 60 free removal boxes (another company wanted £175 for a similar amount) Communication with Hayley was easy and straight forward and even though we didn't exchange contracts until four days before our move, D&M were still able to move us with short notice.
The four chaps turned up on time and all were really friendly and worked well as a team, getting everything loaded on to the removal lorry in about two hours.
When they arrived at our new home about 50 minutes away they were able to unload straight away as the solicitors had done their job by midday.
Everything was unloaded and placed with care into each relevant room and again all done within two hours. It wasn't until our house move was complete that we had to pay the fee, the other removal companies we had quotes from wanted payment up front.

I used D & M Removals to take a number of items from a house I was clearing, in Bedford, to my home in South London. I got 3 quotes and D & M were not the cheapest but seemed most reliable and were also able to deliver the day after collection to allow me to be present at delivery. I originally asked for packing too, then changed my mind on this and D & M were happy to requote. I was able to speak to Hayley at the office when I needed too. The staff came on time, moved the items carefully and delivered on time. I'd recommend the company.

D&M removals are an amazing removal service, extremely professional company that seems to take away all the stress of moving. I can’t thank David,Michael and all their staff enough after consistently going that extra mile to achieve success.
