•Made sure the parcel was sufficiently packaged, even beyond what was needed
•Declared the contents of the shipment which was not on their restricted list

I contacted NI Parcels and was immediately met with excuses about how my packaging was insufficient and my contents was on a restricted list so they can offer no compensation whatsoever. They also claimed they don't cover Fragile items,just because I put 'Fragile' tape on the parcel.
I chose this company due to their reviews,now I really have to question the validity of said reviews after seeing the way my shipment was treated.
I constantly asked to talk to Senior management but I was denied this.
I will let the pictures do the talking. I have included a picture of how it was collected from my front door.
I have no doubt NI Parcels will reply to this with the same excuses they gave me in the emails. Bottom line is,the parcel should not of been delivered in this destructive manner.
Edit to respond; this was not a pallet,yes it had a wooden frame but in no way would a pallet truck fit underneath, the dimensions are just too small. This is just another cop out excuse from NI Parcels.
