Great service, I had to ship a laptop from Cyprus to the UK. The collection had to be rescheduled a couple of times, once due to the driver not showing up (not NI Parcel’s fault) and at other times, on my part, but they were happy to do it. The actual delivery was faster than expected, collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday and customs was simple to do, I was claiming returned goods relief and information to fill was easy to find and fill in. The shipping was actually cheaper than what I spent to ship it to Cyprus in the first place. I recommend them!!

I have used NI Parcels a number of times now and the only thing I can say is that the service and price are both excellent. The parcel is picked up at the door, delivered to the recipient's door, and I can track it all the way. I get updates on email of the delivery process and notified when the parcel is received, that's if I don't track it. All together an excellent service and I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving NI Parcels the highest recommendation.

I have used NIparcels before with great success and recently booked a parcel collection. A really nice company to deal with, when I made a query I got an immediate friendly response through email, even outside of normal office hours. So much nicer than speaking to 'bots' on other courier sites, or endless 'your call is in a queue'
Also they are much cheaper than other well known competitors, with really quick delivery even in these times!
If you haven't used them before, give them a go!

I had an excellent customer experience with NI Parcels- having left my sons precious Teddy in Spain while on holiday, NI Parcels got it home to us safe and sound. It was extremely cheap compared to other providers, and a great tracking service, also followed up by excellent customer service emails. Nothing was a problem for this company, would highly recommend!
