I cannot recommend Lacey’s service enough from the initial quote to moving us over from the mainland their attention to detail was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them, everything was transported without any fuss or damage. The whole team are so careful and take such care in working with you to get every item into exactly the right place in your new home for you. Obviously lots of Tea helps with this !

Our move from the mainland was brilliantly handled from the first phone call to the delivery of the last box. With uncertainty over exchange and completion dates, it was reassuring to have a removal company on standby that were able to introduce a degree of calmness to the situation. The whole team were diligent, professional and efficient.

Cannot recommend Lacy's highly enough. Their team were so professional, considerate and helpful in packing and storing (for 12 months) our belongings and then when it came time to move in their care and advice was first class.

Moving is always stressful, but Laceys’ team could not have done more to ease the process. From prompt and accurate estimation, to ease of communication, and then a terrific, professional and patient crew who actually were the very definition of “above and beyond” we were totally happy and confident all would be well. Really pleasant people to deal with - both to set up the date and time and the three men who carried out the removals. Everything went very smoothly with no issues - and a very sensible price too - very pleased with the whole experience

Absolutely brilliant service from Lacey's. We had a difficult job for them (moving a piano into a first floor flat through a window) and they did an amazing job, seamlessly organised. They were extremely reliable, professional and had excellent communication throughout the job. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
