Kind and professional, called ahead to let me know they were nearly here. There was a mark on one part of the sofa, however, he used our care kit to try and clean it off, which appeared to work, but advised us to contact DFS should we need further assistance with it.

Daniel and his colleague have just delivered my new suite. They delivered it safely, unpacked it and cleared everything it. They positioned it where I wanted it. It wasn’t an easy one to get in but they did it. Very professional, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them

I can’t recommend BGP Removals enough! They delivered my new sofa with absolute professionalism and care, making the whole process seamless from start to finish. Dan and Gino were brilliant—both incredibly polite and hardworking while also bringing great humour to the job, making the experience enjoyable. Their friendly banter was refreshing, but they never lost their professional touch.
The sofa was handled with care, delivered promptly, and placed exactly where I wanted it. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such great customer service, but BGP Removals certainly does. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.
