This removal company is a complete scam. Shortly after my shippment left, I was informed that it would be delayed by 1 to 2 weeks, which turned into a 3 week delay. I was informed the same day that the shippment would arrive within the next hour, had to leave the office in a hurry, while the shippment arrived 6 hours later. The driver then refused to help me carry boxes to my flat

This removal company damaged our furniture (we have before and after photos and videos). The bed is a sleepmotion hydraulic bed (£1400) as my husband has spinal fusion surgery so needs this. The bed had screws missing, a bent metal post (stood on?) scratched and chipped on the solid wood and a broken foot. The £800 mattress was ripped, dirty and smelt musty. The dressing table had a broken leg and a foot missing. Other smaller items were scratched and broken. Items were quoted as being “blanket wrapped” while in storage. We have receipts as all furniture was new. We have had no explanation as to why the items were in this condition and no apology. I phoned and emailed 2-3 times a week. I tried to negotiate and was offered £100. I sent a quote for the bed to be painted €600 as the restorer said it was beyond repairing. I heard nothing and my emails got a standard response “ I will speak to my director and get back to you”. I informed the company that I would wait 4 weeks from delivery and then start proceedings at the small claims court. This finally prompted a response and we settled on a figure. Emotionally, I have been upset and can’t believe a “professional” company could behave like this and treat our hard earned for belongings in this way. The furniture was for our new extension but we don’t want it now as it’s broken and looks old. I have had furniture for 30 years that hasn’t suffered such treatment.Read more

We picked Came-ro as they offered the option of a smaller move (less than 5 cubic metres) and were also cheaper than other quotes we received. The storage was also cheap (£12 for two weeks) and no extra fees for handling.

Great customer service from [names removed by Sirelo]. Drivers were super friendly too and quick/efficient. Not sure why people are complaining about the drivers not speaking the language, they can't be expected to speak fluently for every country they drive to.

In the end, the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is that we waited some time with no response about estimated delivery date. We only found out the day before delivery that it was coming the next day. It wasn't an issue for us though and overall I'm happy with the service.

Very helpful in the beginning but after 6 months we are still waiting for some of the boxes to arrive. They rescheduled the delivery a couple of times then said 'will deliver when we have another customer in the area'.
The matresses are all ruined with mold and grease because they didn't wrap them despite paying extra for the service. Several other item were damaged.
They stopped responding to email and messages.

This company has some excellent reviews but don’t be fooled! Read the ones very carefully that give only 1*
Initially the admin staff were great.
We discussed various aspects of the move, collection, timing, insurance, delivery.
However once the ‘contract’ (terms only applicable to client so it seems) was signed it was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a removal company having done in excess of 20 moves!
The collection was made on the correct date but the chap collecting had no idea what he was supposed to be collecting and had to call me several times with limited English
I did not take out additional insurance as usually if the removal company loses your belongings they are responsible. Not so with this company and their terms and conditions are unclear on this. Basically it seems they can collect your belongings ‘lose’ them and unless you took out their very expensive insurance they are not liable.
We were not notified a delivery date or time despite constant chasing. Eventually the goods arrived at 11pm on a Sunday evening. Luckily we were at home. The driver delivered at least 8 boxes belonging to another client, which thankfully I spotted.
We had several missing items.
Once some of these were located they again turned up to deliver without any prior notice.
There are still missing items but the company is not liable!!
The correspondence from the company has been threatening during the process of trying to resolve this.
Delivery is ABSOLUTELY CHAOTIC! The whole experience has left me feeling completely duped
