For every international shipment, we will generate customs invoices that detail the contents and values of your goods. This service is included in our transportation quote, whereas other companies may charge separately for this service instead of incorporating it into the transport costs.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

In the rare and unlikely event that a client's shipment is damaged, it will be covered under the terms of our standard insurance policy.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

We always recommend that our customers ensure their items are fully protected both inside and out, and securely sealed for international shipping. We provide advice and examples of the best practices for packing your shipments for international transport.

LOVE this company! Got a quote within 24 hours of my enquiry and everything was collected and delivered to my apartment in the USA within 3 days. They also created my customs documents for me (other companies were trying to charge for this service) and I had full online tracking to monitor my shipment from collection to delivery.
