i hope somebody will take action on this.
I had booked since Tuesday, the transportation of an upright piano from a private to my house on saturday 26th at 4pm. (LV81 had reassured the day before that they will do the job Saturday.)
On Saturday, initially they advise me that they might be slightly late.
Then when it seemed they were 17mins away from collection point, and few minutes after they realised that they don't have the right van/truck and they will be further late because they need to wait for the luton van.
Since then i have tried calling them at least 10-15times, sent messages.. but THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED. LV 81 never answered my calls or messages. And they keep ignoring.
I have wasted my whole afternoon, and so did the seller of my piano, waiting for LV81 to turn up and do their promised job.
Now the seller has gone for Holiday and i have rearrange another company but this will happen next week, all due to LV81 being unprofessional and not doing their job.
The worst company i have ever used and ignoring your customer after taking the job and being already late it is a sign of a being a bad company and unprofessional.Read more

Called in the week, to help.move house, and really helpful.
Helped move from one home to another, they had every little tool, to help make it a smoother transition. And able to get it done in a few hours.

I recently used this moving company for my apartment move, and they were by far the best I’ve ever worked with. From the very first call to request a quote, I could tell they were professional and organised. They asked all the right questions and provided me with a very fair price.
Nav and his father were an amazing team—extremely careful with all my belongings, while also being polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the move.
What really stood out was their willingness to help on such short notice. I had to call them back twice more to move additional items to my new apartment, and they accommodated me without hesitation, never making me feel like it was an inconvenience.
I truly recommend them to everyone—best movers in the city without a doubt!

We had four guys and two trucks come and move us out of our office and then clear the remaining rubbish. They are all super friendly, professional and speedy! They really are a delight to work with and I highly recommend their services. Thanks for helping us out so efficiently!

LV 81 are wonderful.
They picked up a piano for me from a house clearance and drove quite some way to deliver it safely.
They were pleasant, polite and brilliant at communicating along the way.
Highly recommend and have only positive things to say.
