I found this service via Google search. I texted and they replied in good time. Very polite and professional. I needed a single ottoman bed transporting from Peterborough to Kettering. It was easy to arrange. There was a little misunderstanding on the first transport that arrived but it was replaced and as expected without any issues. Midlands Removal representative was very apologetic and very quick to resolve. I definitely recommend this service and would use them again.

We called Ray for a quote last minute and decided to book with Midlands Removals as they came across professional and trustworthy. Bradley and his team managed our move and were fantastic! Friendly, efficient and hard working - nothing was too much trouble for the team. Bradley, Jay and others worked tirelessly to get us moved out and in on time and with care. Would recommend - thanks guys!

Ray gave us a good quote for our house move - better than most we had tried. When the day came Richard and the team were great. Very friendly and helpful and did such a professional job. Richard is such a clever planner finding just the right next piece of furniture or box to fit in the giant 3D puzzle that is a moving van. The guys were careful carrying all our things and everything arrived the other end in perfect condition. Would recommend this firm to anyone looking to move. Thanks guys.

Ray and the team were amazing throughout our moving process. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently to get all of our belongings out and back in to the new house.

Absolutely terrible. Broken dishes and bowls that had been correctly bubble wrapped - a whole box full of chipped and broken mugs that had all been wrapped. Unpacked them to find this out, sent a picture to the company as evidence and they refused compensation because they said it didnt have bubble wrap in the picture! It is quite difficult to unwrap stuff and find it is broken without first removing the wrapping. Absolute conmen - avoid at all costs or have your belongings broken with no recompense.
