Really great experience with Houghton. Moving house is stressful and expensive but zero stress from the houghton team and costs were competitive. Great communications around getting our completion date finalised. Would definitely recommend and nice to support a family business too.

Would definitely recommend using Houghton to move. The team were great to deal with from start to finish - efficient, knowledgeable, kind and calm, even when things were trickier than they seemed! A smooth move. I’ll be using them for my next move for sure :)

Having moved house 6 times previously, this move was by far the least stressful, all thanks to Houghton Removals.
Unreal service, absolute grafters and simply the best value for money.
They had all the right gear and took great care with our possessions - not a single scratch!

The whole process has been pleasant and easy. From the booking to the last box moved.
Alec and his team are great. After moving 3 times in 5 years I can definitely say that this has been the easiest move.
Prompt email replies, accommodating with date and times.
They showed up in time, with a smile and they started working straight away. Very polite, effective and took care of our belongings.
