Deposit Scammers. Do not use them. Their Logistics Manager [Name removed by Sirelo] thinks that he owns the world and patronises customers as they are his slaves. He is ignorant and not helpful, made our experience horrible and had to cancel as we couldn't get an answer if we could change something on the inventory 4 days prior collection and when we decided to cancel then he was like yes it is possible even on the collection time, funny enough. After his bad behaviour all week stressing us out with last minute emails and asking paperwork after paperwork, not even able to list down what he needs properly, we had to cancel the whole shebang. He technically delegated the stress what he had from the customs agents to the customer. They did not give back the deposit only 20 % of it even so the service we received was out of order. I could go on with my experience. Moving as itself is already stressful enough. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND DO NOT USE THEM JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE SLIGHTLY CHEAPER. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided, got super fast replies from the team at VanOne and everything felt very professional and organized.
The driver [Name removed by Sirelo] was very helpful and kind, he spoke a bit of English but when we struggled we used Google translate so all was fine. The communication with his manager was immaculate - I recieved a phonecall to let me know where the van was the day after pickup and the estimated time frame according to that. When I missed the call on the day before the delivery I got a text message confirming the location of the van and the correct time for delivery. Van picked up my things at 4pm Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden and arrived near Cambridge, UK at 9am Sunday morning. Nothing broken and all still packed the same way as when he left. Nothing but good things to say about this service!

Moving can be stressful but not when doing it with VanOne, the logistics team (shout out here to [Names removed by Sirelo] were excellent from start to finish. The price was clear and fair. We had a problem with Swiss customs but the team took the problem on and helped resolve it. Also a shout to[Name removed by Sirelo] the driver, very polite and a great help loading.

We moved 10m3 of personal belongings from Italy to E.Sussex. We were kept informed throughout by the the logistics team which was very helpful and we would like to thank Lennart in particular who was excellent. The driver arrived at the expected time and helped with loading and although we understand that there was some problem with customs delivery was still on the day expected. Unlike some of the reviews the tracking app worked for us and we were able follow the van which we found very useful. The weather on the day of deliver was awful but the driver was really solicitous in making sure that the furniture and boxes were kept as dry as possible when unloading. If anyone gets [Name removed by Sirelo] as their driver they will be be fortunate.
