I cannot rate this company highly enough and would recommend them to anyone moving in Bromsgrove or surrounding areas. I had never moved before and every communication from arranging a quote to booking the removals was quick and friendly. On the day, the team had to cope with a rude neighbour and a very stressed me but dealt with everything with professionalism and great advice. They took charge and I was amazed at how quickly everything was packed carefully away. They even dismantled furniture and re-built it at the new house. They worked so hard and I was so grateful for all of their help and advice. A fantastic service from start to finish!

We had a fantastic experience with Richards Removals, right from the start Kerry was great in the office and when our house fell though and and dates were taking a long time to confirm, she was very understanding and helpful. The team came to pack a few days before our move and did an amazing job, the guys were friendly and efficient. The team on the day were absolutely incredible, they all worked so hard and really didn’t stop, they were all very friendly and made what I thought would be a super stressful day not so stressful after all. They looked after all our things with care and put everything where we wanted it at the new house. We really can’t thank them enough (we had a LOT of stuff!) would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

We had a great experience from initial quotation to completion of the move. All of the team were friendly and remained flexible to ensure we could be accommodated. They were fantastic, worked incredibly hard and were really competitively priced, couldn’t recommend enough!

Richard Removals were extremely efficient from the word go. Responsive even over the christmas period. Very helpful in packing and moving, great staff who were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good removal company that really cares about their customers. They even came to pick up all the boxes and wrapping left over. Thank you RR for everything.

The removal team did a great job in packing prior to our move with no breakages. Everything was done in accordance with the time scheduled. They were very pleasant and extremely helpful in putting things back together in our new home 170 miles away. We would highly recommend Richard Removals not only for the service but the price as well.
