What makes your company stand out?

We use our own staff and vehicles and have our own storage warehouse. Our removals service is accredited. You can rely on a personal service from experienced and knowledgeable staff providing a prompt response to your enquiry.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

As long as the customer can provide an overall value for the goods, we will insure the goods at no extra cost. Any claim must be made within 7 days of the delivery. Owner packed items have reduced cover.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Always use an accredited removal company who are members of the British Association of Removers (B.A.R), as this provide additional consumer benefits and safeguards.

We used RSS during a move from Scotland to England. We had been given the contact details and a recommendation by a friend and were not disappointed .
RSS gave a very competitive quote for the job and provided us with all necessary packaging materials. The move happened exactly as planned with the collection and delivery being done quickly and efficiently , everyone was friendly and professional.
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending RSS.

Excellent service from Graham and his team and I would thoroughly recommend RSS . I live in Germany and needed some valuable items sent to my home here from Edinburgh and both the pick up and final delivery service was very, very good. The communication was excellent from the very beginning and until the final delivery and Graham kept me up to date with timelines throughout the pick up and delivery process- Thank you to Michael, the driver for his intuition in getting the delivery to its final place, as my street is a very small street and he still managed to get the delivery to my door..!!, well done that man.
