What makes your company stand out?

We use our own staff and vehicles and have our own storage warehouse. Our removals service is accredited. You can rely on a personal service from experienced and knowledgeable staff providing a prompt response to your enquiry.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

As long as the customer can provide an overall value for the goods, we will insure the goods at no extra cost. Any claim must be made within 7 days of the delivery. Owner packed items have reduced cover.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Always use an accredited removal company who are members of the British Association of Removers (B.A.R), as this provide additional consumer benefits and safeguards.

, It has always been said that the foundations of a great business are its workers. There has never been a more truthful personification of that statement than in the example set by the three charming men listed above who laboured with good humour, diligence, and respect for our belongings over three days in the past week. We have rarely seen such a team of three work so closely and efficiently. Nothing appeared too much trouble for them. All challenges were met in a humorous spirit and take my word for it challenges there were aplenty in our small overfilled home! These guys were gold dust, a few hundred thousand like them and this country would be off its knees at last, but I won’t get political now, just thank you for making what could have been a nightmare into a dream come true.Ever grateful to yourself and RSS for your painstaking faultless service in what were sometimes challenging circumstances.

We recently used RSS for a move from Glasgow to Edinburgh, with some of our items going into storage. The day of the move, the movers (Luke and Tommy) arrived very much on time, were speedy, courteous, and an overall pleasure to work with. RSS really took the stress out of moving. RSS was top notch, exceeding our expectations and very much outperforming previous movers. They were also very competitively priced and for our move plus weekly storage, they came out to be the best value for money while still keeping quality high. We will definitely use them again.

RSS were fantastically helpful, and polite, and paid careful attention to detail, in helping me move home. They were unfazed by delays, and coping with shifting a considerable quantity of fine wine. They helped me move over 3 days, including helping me with packing. Despite having to carrry heavy and awkward, items up two floors, they were uncomplaining, humorous, and cheerful, throughout, and looked after my belongings. Well done Mike, Luke, Thomas, and Connor.
I highly recommend RSS.

We made two moves with RSS, one between cities and one in the same city. Both went very smoothly thanks to the team's hard work, we were really chuffed with the service, and have to say their good cheer made each step much less stressful!
