I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this moving and transportation company. The lack of professionalism was evident from the beginning. The initial appointment was not respected, and the team was several hours late without explanation or communication. In addition, my belongings were handled carelessly, which resulted in damage to some furniture and appliances.
I also noticed that the staff did not seem well-trained or properly equipped to carry out the move in optimal conditions. Communication with the company representatives was difficult, as they ignored my complaints or offered vague excuses without proposing concrete solutions.
I do not recommend this company to anyone who wants a hassle-free moving service. It is regrettable to pay for such poor service.

Very friendly and arrived before time. Packed everything efficiently in an organised manner. Disassembled and reassembled the furniture properly and ensured there was no damage.

Andrei and the team helped us with our move at less than 1 week's notice. They arrived early on the day, helped us with some last minute packing of our fragile items at no extra cost, easily dissembled all of our furniture and moved them all to the van smoothly. We had lots of items and the new flat is on the 4th floor with no elevators, yet there were not a single sign of dissatisfaction shown from the team, everyone had positive attitude and energy the whole day. Highly recommend Legit Removals for their amazing work!

Made moving so much easier. From arranging the quote to packing and moving day itself , they were prompt, professional and got the job done. Would definitely recommend.
