Went to collect from storage having made an appointment crate was put in the doorway just loaded up easy very clean area ,you need to know you can lift everything as no help given

I had to move house twice in three months, and Chris and Luke from Bury St Edmunds helped me both times - after they were so helpful the first time I requested for it to be them next time as well. They arrived on time, dismantled/built three beds, were careful with all my things, didn't mind that I was still packing and producing more boxes as they were loading, mended my fan after I dropped it down the stairs, and were just lovely people. They made what could have been a really stressful time so much easier. I'm not planning on ever moving again!, but if I did, I would definitely want these two to help.

Glasswells were recommended by a friend and I'm pleased to say surpassed my expectations by doing an excellent job with our recent move to Norwich. The men on the job (John, Mark and Lee) were punctual, polite and took great care with all our belongings. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I'd recommend Glasswells to anyone planning a house move.

Thought about using Glasswells but opted for another company. The people moving into our house, however, did pick them. They arrived before we left and we let them move stuff off their vans while we waited to complete. They repaid this generosity by making my teenage daughter feel

Used a few times, they're reliable but shady and lack any kind of empathy with the difficult situation of a house move. Lied about being fully booked for weeks, presumably to pressure you into booking, then amazingly they're free all week when you pencil a date in. Exorbitant charges when completion dates change unexpectedly or when keys are delayed should you not realise you need to purchase the key waiver. Make sure you read the small print.
