From the moment I first contacted Pegasus Removals the communication and efficiency from Jamie and Susan was excellent. There were always quick replies throughout the whole process either by phone or email, which made moving so much easier! Over the two days of the move the guys were really good, friendly, cheerful and careful. My Mum is 86 and the way they were with her was brilliant. I highly recommend the company and couldn't fault it. Thank you!

We cannot recommend Pegasus removals highly enough. We have moved 13 times in our lives and this has been our best experience by far. Lucky no. 13! Dave, Bruce, Kia and Connor were such lovely, happy chaps and took all the stress out of our move. What a team! Where do I even start! Honestly, this was the most joyful and genuine bunch of lads I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They completely exceeded my expectations and turned what is usually a stressful experience into something surprisingly easy – and even fun! That’s such a rare thing when it comes to moving, and it really made all the difference.
From the moment they arrived, their energy and banter kept the day lighthearted and enjoyable, but what stood out most was how seamlessly they balanced that with absolute professionalism. Nothing ever felt rushed or careless – they were organised, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing the job properly. The packing was carried out with great attention to detail, and I was honestly so impressed at how thorough they were. Every single item was treated with care, and we didn’t have a single issue.
It wasn’t just about getting the job done – it was the way they did it. They worked as such a strong team, always communicating and keeping things moving smoothly, while somehow still keeping the atmosphere cheerful and relaxed. They managed to take all the stress off my shoulders and replaced it with laughter and reassurance.

This is the second time we have used Pegasus to help us move house and they certainly didn’t disappoint .The whole move was done over three different days….. garden pots first, most of the house packed next, then the rest on moving day. All the guys were friendly, efficient and very speedy, whilst taking care of our belongings. On arriving at our new home, everything was unloaded into the rooms we wanted and things moved if required. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pegasus Removals…..Jamie and the team were stars….thank you all so much.

I couldn’t speak more highly of Pegasus after having had their services recommended to me by a trusted colleague. They were incredibly professional and courteous right from the outset, from my initial conversation with Jamie through my consultation visit from Steve and - most importantly - Carl and his removals team who were all top class and treated my furniture with great care, even dismantling it and reassembling it as part of the service. 10 out of 10 from me and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
