Excellent service, professional, quick and very respectful of our items and property. This was by far the least stressful aspect of the whole move. Despite having to go up three flights of stairs to a flat without a lift, the guys were really helpful and cheerful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move house, and would certainly book them again in the future if needed!

Never again! We had a big move from Herefordshire last September, including a packing service, The guys were cheerful enough and the service was fast, having said that I've said all that was positive. Several small items were damaged/broken, most of which I was prepared to accept in the spirit of reasonableness. One item I wanted to claim for (and has taken this long to reach a conclusion as their communication has been appalling) but they said I would have to pay a £50 admin fee, for damage they had caused, which made the claim uneconomical. I could have added all the other damage in to make it worthwhile but decided to put the whole thing down to experience as these people are difficult to deal with. We are in rented now while we look to buy again, so will be moving again soon, but I will most definitely not use these people.

Thank you to Cheltenham Removals for the excellent service on our recent house move. They made it as stress free as possible. The removal guys all worked very hard and were cheerful and could not have been more patient and helpful. No complaints at all

I cannot thank Cheltenham Removals enough for their assistance with my recent move.
Connor and Patrick could not have been more helpful. They took great care with my belongings and the speed in which they had my house packed and unpacked was truly incredible

Fantastic service! Easy and friendly communication and all questions answered giving peace of mind leading up to the moving date. All Packing materials required provided and delivered to us in good time before the moving date. Friendly and experienced personnel provided us with a quick and efficient removal service. Regarding large furniture items, if it fits they will get it through doors stairways etc meaning that furniture does not have to be unnecessarily broken down.
Overall the quality of this service meant that the potentially very stressful experience of moving house was made bearable!
