What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have all relevant and necessary insurances and deal with any damages on an individual basis, although we pride ourselves on a very low rate of claims.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
“Packing your home is harder than you think” Packing is a specialist skill and at WhiteMove we are fully trained to offer a range of packing services. We use the latest purpose made materials along with traditional skills to ensure the safest possible journey for your belongings.

After having our rental property unexpectedly sold from under us at the worst possible time, we were faced with the added stress of having to move house. After getting a number of quotes and researching countless Google reviews, we decided on WhiteMove and I'm so glad we did! They not only had tons of 5 start reviews, but they also offered a host of removal services including a 'Done For You' solution which we needed and the price was fantastic! So reasonable! WhiteMove provided us with full packing, removal dismantling and reassembly services which made one of the most stressful things in life so much easier! The removals team packed everything perfectly with care and attention to detail. Everything was wrapped carefully, no damage to any of our items, labeled and moved in to the new house to the correct rooms with all the furniture put back together without any damage. All we had to do was unpack. George and Jamie were very professional, polite and so hard working. The customer support of Kayleigh was top notch and everything was well organised from start to finish. Once we unpacked, they collected the used boxes and took them away for us. Both my partner and I said using WhiteMove made this house move the easiest move we've ever done and couldn't recommend them enough! I chose WhiteMove from the reviews online and wasn't disappointed! Very clear email correspondence initially with Kayleigh, followed by a prompt visit from Stuart to quote for the job. On the day, the guys were excellent and very friendly, making what seemed like light work of our furniture and boxes. At the other end, they managed to work magic, navigating small doorways and large sofas! They made moving much less stressful - many thanks!

WhiteMove are absolutely brilliant. From the start Kayleigh in the office was great answering my numerous questions. The quote was really well priced. The face to face evaluation is really appreciated. They were really flexible when we were getting messed around on completion dates and explained everything we needed to know. We paid a bit more for the packing service (well worth it!) and they even loaded the van with half our stuff on the packing day as well.
The guys that came to do packing and removal were amazing - really friendly, efficient, no issues at all. We had a delay getting in to our new house and they were really understanding. The unloading and putting up beds e.t.c. was so quick and stress free. Most of the plant pots are still in the same place on our new patio because they'd placed them so well! Don't think twice to get a quote from these guys they were brilliant and the value for money was excellent.

Stuart and team did an amazing job for our move. We are a fairly big move and everything was done efficiently and carefully - we had one broken wine glass upon unpacking, given the volume of delicate and fragile items we own that’s pretty amazing! The team packed us up and moved us over two days, everyone was polite, courteous and made us feel at ease.
Our move had several delays and ended up completing right at the very end of the stamp duty relief period, when there were no removals left, and those who were charged through the roof. We were lucky, WhiteMove hand a last minute cancellation, however they didn’t take the opportunity to extort which says everything about when they are. Decent, honest and trustworthy people.
Thank you for doing such a great job WhiteMove and for being such awesome genuine people, it’s much appreciated!

WhiteMove were absolutely faultless from start to finish. We were let down by another removal company, Stuart visited the property within an hour and we had a new quote that evening. Kayleigh was very helpful asking any questions up to the move, and on the day Stuart and George were efficient, friendly and so helpful. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. We were moving our whole lives 200 miles along with house pets, and WhiteMove took the stress out of it all for us!
They even moved my beloved 10ft high tropical bird of paradise plant with no problem!
