What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
We have all relevant and necessary insurances and deal with any damages on an individual basis, although we pride ourselves on a very low rate of claims.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
“Packing your home is harder than you think” Packing is a specialist skill and at WhiteMove we are fully trained to offer a range of packing services. We use the latest purpose made materials along with traditional skills to ensure the safest possible journey for your belongings.

Stuart and team did an amazing job for our move. We are a fairly big move and everything was done efficiently and carefully - we had one broken wine glass upon unpacking, given the volume of delicate and fragile items we own that’s pretty amazing! The team packed us up and moved us over two days, everyone was polite, courteous and made us feel at ease.
Our move had several delays and ended up completing right at the very end of the stamp duty relief period, when there were no removals left, and those who were charged through the roof. We were lucky, WhiteMove hand a last minute cancellation, however they didn’t take the opportunity to extort which says everything about when they are. Decent, honest and trustworthy people.
Thank you for doing such a great job WhiteMove and for being such awesome genuine people, it’s much appreciated!

WhiteMove were absolutely faultless from start to finish. We were let down by another removal company, Stuart visited the property within an hour and we had a new quote that evening. Kayleigh was very helpful asking any questions up to the move, and on the day Stuart and George were efficient, friendly and so helpful. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. We were moving our whole lives 200 miles along with house pets, and WhiteMove took the stress out of it all for us!
They even moved my beloved 10ft high tropical bird of paradise plant with no problem!

We had an amazing experience with this company.
They helped us to move from Gloucester to Manchester. They are very professional and FAST!
George was alone to pack a 2 bedroom house and in 3 hours it was done.
They have been very patient as well as we got the keys later than expected. Everything was packed carefully and nothing broke during the travel. They are very good with pricing too. I could not recommend WhiteMove enough honestly ! Thank you again for your help!

These guys were amazing! A really friendly and efficient team. Stuart came round the next day after requesting a quote and they did their best to manage our ever changing move dates. I only wish I had listened to Stuart and had the guys pack and move us, I learned the hard way and thought I could do it myself. My advice is to get them to do everything, for not much more cost and much less stress..

Fantastic start to finish. WhiteMove were the most competitively priced of the 5 quotes that we received and did an exceptional job. We were moved out very quickly with no damage to anything. They were suitably flexible with our changing removals date, delivered and took back the removals boxes efficiently too. I would thoroughly recommend them, and already have to colleagues at work.

WhiteMove were much the cheapest of the 4 quotes we got. They knew how to deal with the piano and got it down the stairs well. They worked like Trojans on the hottest day of the year and were very relaxed and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend.
