The move was well organised and expertly run by the team. Great engagement with me to make sure they understood specifics, nothing was a problem - they had solutions for everything. Would highly recommend - they even come back and take away the boxes after you unpack!

Everyone at Logistics Group Services, based in Chertsey, provided excellent service. Their professionalism, efficiency, proactive approach, and patience truly stood out... especially when they dismantled our wardrobe the day before the move-out, and waited patiently outside our new home on move-in day, even though we were delayed getting the keys due to traffic.
We truly appreciate the time, effort, and dedication they put into helping us move out and move in, checking everything carefully, and handling all the transportation, loading, and unloading with great care and attention.
They were also approachable, friendly, and understanding, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed. We are genuinely thankful for everything they did to support us and make this transition a success. Highly recommended.

Mike and the team were excellent with our recent move. Really friendly and incredibly efficient - our things were loaded double quick. We had a delay getting keys and they were very patient waiting before we could get in. They checked things they weren’t sure of, packed & wrapped things carefully. Very happy, definitely recommend.

I wasn’t exactly the easiest client on the day (thanks to a missing cat situation!), but the entire team showed incredible patience, empathy, and professionalism. Despite the stress I was under, they handled everything smoothly and got us moved without a single hitch. Their calm, capable approach made all the difference.

I cannot recommend Logistics Group highly enough! I needed a firm to manage a complex move involving 3 locations and a LOT of extremely heavy items, each needing to arrive at one of the three destinations. The parking and stairs at the first property also presented significant practical challenges. I was very anxious about the move but Mehl and his team made the whole thing run incredibly smoothly. They provided a very competitive and reasonable quote, offered genuine expertise on the best way to tackle the move, liaised willingly with me prior to moving day, arrived on time, and were totally calm, courteous and efficient throughout the day. Mehl, co-owner of the company, attended and managed the move himself, giving me great confidence in the process. His team were friendly and accommodating and completed the whole move with a smile on their faces and outstanding professionalism. And the price was much better than I was quoted elsewhere.
