A team from Clarks cleared a 6 bedroom house, lofts, garages, workshop, sheds, conservatory and garden in 5 days. The job was booked to enable my elderly father to downsize with minimum stress and I thank all the team at Clarks for respecting that. First, they packed personal items and removed specified furniture for storage. They then disposed of the rest to auction, charity and recycling where possible, including delivering a heavy lathe to Workaid. The team were cheerful, positive, resilient and ‘can do’. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent prompt service. It’s easy to get a human on the phone - (no being put on hold… no press 1 for accounts, press 2 for booking etc) and all questions answered promptly. Delivery and storage all first rate. Al our goods over multiple years arrived at our new home in perfect shape. Highly recommend!

I used Clark’s twice, firstly to move me into storage and 5 months later, into my new flat. On both occasions they were excellent. Treated my things with respect, were speedy, professional and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for more from the removal team. Booking process with the office was really easy as well, excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Clarks moving process was highly professional and efficient. The boys led by Steve got to work quickly with zero fuss and bags of care. Then unloaded us the other end with equal precision. They made what is usually a stressful time as smooth as it could be. Will use them again and would recommend. Excellent office back up too from Jess and Ben.

Brilliant experience on my house move with Clarks. Packing was done incredibly carefully by Hamish the day before the move. On the day of the move, the Clarks’ team was organised, efficient, so helpful and considerate of the emotional upheaval. In particular, all my garden pots (there are lots and one, a dwarf willow tree, is heavy) were moved carefully. Once I had unpacked 3 weeks later, Andy responded quickly to the call to collect the boxes. Clarks made moving much easier.

Clarks were experts for the duration of our move from beginning to end. We went for the complete home pack removal and it was well worth paying extra for the packing, which was done carefully and efficiently. The team were pleasant to deal with throughout. Loading and delivery to our new house were carried out professionally, which alleviated much of the stress associated with moving. We would highly recommend them.
