Very disappointed with the service. I had booked a Luton van with driver and 1 helper to arrive at my house in Cardiff for moving at 4pm. They charged me £70 at the time of booking.
I was told on the morning of the house move that the driver cancelled the booking and that the only other driver available is for 2pm. I accepted this change. However, neither the driver, nor the helper arrived. After waiting 1 hour, I called their office at 3pm, where the receptionist [Name removed by Sirelo] said she will check with the driver on their ETA.
[Name removed by Sirelo] never called me for any update and then when I called her again at 3:30pm, she said the driver is on his way but she can't give any ETA. She didn't resolve the matter and didn't give any update and then I had to directly call the driver, [Name removed by Sirelo] , who told me an entirely different story. He said that he was waiting for the helper to arrive from Carmarthen and there was no way they both could be at my house before 7pm!!!
Frustrated and stressed, I asked [Name removed by Sirelo] to come without the helper and that I was going to load everything in the van with him. Finally,[Name removed by Sirelo] arrived 150 minutes late at my house at 4:30pm and by that time, our house buyers had already started moving their furniture inside the house, and we had to move everything out on the driveway on our own.
Not only did Quick Man and Van not have the courtesy or the basic decency of offering any refund, they also charged me for the extra helper who NEVER arrived, delayed my house move, didn't communicate anything and constantly LIED about the situation. The only good thing about this whole experience was the driver, [Name removed by Sirelo], who tried to help as much as he could as it wasn't his job and he was just handed this job on the day AFTER the time the driver was supposed to arrive.
Quick Man and Van might give you an unbelievably low quote but it clearly shows in their service, care and honesty. My advice would be to pay more and book from some place more reputable and reliable.Read more

I cancelled 2.5 hours prior due to a change in circumstances - no refund provided at all, even a partial refund (my advice - don't pay the full amount upfront).
They messed me around last night being passed from driver to driver as they kept cancelling on me, wasting my time as I had to chase them.
When they emailed this morning to ask why I'd cancelled - they explained its their cancellation policy and wouldn't budge. Also wouldn't apologise for the poor service and my time wasted yesterday. Avoid.

I had a terrible experience with Quick Man and Van Company. They notified me of a driver change on the day of my move, but the new driver kept lying about his arrival time, making me wait on the street for 90 minutes. When they finally arrived, the driver brought an extra person, although I had only requested one driver.
The drivers and customer service were absolutely rude and dishonest. They shouted at me and demanded that I help them load my items, which was against our contract. I hired a van and a man to move a standard dining table and chairs only. I agreed to help with the table, which needs two people, but not the chairs, which need only one person. They found me off guard on the street with no way to cancel the booking, so they refused to work. They handled my belongings carelessly, without any blankets, pads, or protection for my expensive table set.
On the way to my house, I called the company to explain the situation and asked to pay the company directly since the drivers seemed unreliable. When they arrived near my house, they demanded payment before unloading, despite the contract stating in bold, “You will pay the driver £… in cash after the move is done.” I called the company multiple times to explain the situation, but they sided with the drivers and pressured me to pay upfront. When I tried to call the police, the drivers disappeared with my belongings. I could see behind their van that they had already damaged my items. The company refused to answer my calls or take responsibility. They did not return my items, and I lost a lot. To me it seems they literally stole my table set. I am now pursuing legal action against them. Avoid this company at all costs!Read more

DO NOT HIRE !! AWFUL SERVICE
I had a nightmare experience with this company - the driver, [Name removed by Sirelo], was 3 HOURS LATE BECAUSE HE OVERSLEPT. No one called or texted to let me know, for the first 2 hours I was calling and texting with the driver unresponsive. When I called the support line they told me just to wait. Eventually after 2 hours they said they would order a replacement van, which was the original driver who said he’d arrive in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I rang him and he hadn’t even left!!! He then said he’d be 15 minutes and arrived 50 minutes later. As I was picking up something on gumtree, I was sat outside on the street in the cold for 3 hours waiting for the van to arrive.
Worst of all, he didn’t even apologise and when I told him that his lateness had really put me out (my helper had to leave because it got so late and I missed an appointment later in the day) he YELLED at me about how hard his job is and how little he gets paid. He was then rude the entire drive to my house.Read more

I have used several removal companies in the past.This is the worst and I'm definitely not using them again.Communication was 0,I tried getting in touch with driver which was swift but getting hold of Customer Service proved negative.😒.My Mrs friend recommended this removal company but was a complete waste of funds
