David and his Team have just completed our move - not a straightforward one as it involved a huge uplift from our Tynemouth home, a split of our stuff to both our new apartment in Canary Wharf and NE storage, a two couch swap with friends in Shiremoor (including taking couches apart and reassembly!!), combined with a final uplift of items in our new home back to the NE.
From my first conversation with David the whole experience has been positive- calmness and professionalism personified. His employees were friendly, calm, courteous and professional throughout. I couldn’t recommend Emmott removals highly enough. Thanks for a great job David 🙏

Would highly recommend this company. David was proactive and supportive from day one. They provided ample packaging quickly and were flexible and understanding regarding removal dates throughout a very protracted conveyancing process. On the day there was a great team of friendly guys who went the extra mile and were quick and efficient. It was an excellent service with very fair, clear pricing.

I was told about David through a friend who had recently moved to Teal Farm and had a great experience, so we got in touch with David straight away. He provided a quote and even dropped off boxes and tape for us! When we needed more boxes, he stopped by drop off more boxes and tape. We had a fantastic experience with David’s House Moving Removal team! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to making our move smooth. David went above and beyond—when we arrived, the previous owners still had furniture on the lawn and drive, which held up our move. David took the initiative to resolve the situation, prompting them to clear the space so we could get settled quickly. A big shout-out to George for coordinating the move seamlessly. I highly recommend David and his team to anyone looking for a hassle-free and supportive moving experience!

Highly recommended - Dave and his team were excellent, including coping with some last minute changes to what was needed to be moved into storage. Great value, including the storage, which was accessible 24/7.

We moved across County Durham yesterday and cannot praise our removal crew enough. From contacting David to get a quote all the way to moving in all went swimmingly. Our buyers and us agreed to book Emmott and Son for completion day. They arrived with two vehicles and plenty of manpower. There was clear leadership and coordination and a good spirit and sense of humour within the team. All were polite and respectful to us and the property. Very patient when we had to wait hours to get the keys released. Thank you for making our move a success.

Just moved house today, well actually I didn't move the contents of my house, it was all down to dave and his amazing team. The guys who are my super hero's today, did an absolute amazing job. Very professional, very experienced, very efficient. The guys were so helpful, and always smiling and happy. What was the most stressful day I have ever experienced, was eased, all down to Emmott & Sons. Thanks very much. 10/10 service.
