Went to collect some plywood and everything was as described. Very friendly staff and easy to work with - I would recommend them to anyone.

Doesn’t know how to talk to customers, very sarcastic to my messages which could’ve been answered in a respectful way. Thanks anyway.
EDIT: Yes, sure you told me you was closed but there was no need for sarcastic comments. It could’ve easily been handled in a different way. They need a dedicated customer service team who will cater to the customer, not someone who will get frustrated easily. I was being generous with 2 stars as the conversation wasn’t bad until I received that reply. Also, not being open is not a reason for me not being able to leave my review Thanks anyway.
