Terrible experience. He came 10 minutes late and even though my partner had already discussed the route with him previously and he missed the turnings he was supposed to take adding time to the route, he claimed that he had agreed to less miles and last minute added £10 to the bill. Also even though he had said over text it didn't matter whether it was cash or card, he insisted on cash and we stopped at least 3 times to try and get cash out, eventually finding a place a 10 minutes walk from my house where he left us to walk back home, saying it was good 'exercise'. Upon discussing with my partner once he got back from work I'm left feeling cheated and disgruntled. I hope no one else has to go through this.
