I've moved my self a few times over the years and was given moving matters details by a friend that recently used them. Great service all round and I thoroughly reccomend their packing service.

Enquiry left me going elsewhere. Not helpful and not friendly. It maybe some weird sense of humour but the (Simon?) sarcasm was rude and I was taken back enough (as a potential customer) to immediately realise it's a no from us; plenty more options around. You need to sort the website out too. It gives two different
options for an 'online quote' but neither work (as we found after much frustration and time wasting). On calling, your office lady advised 'we don't do online quotes'. Clearly (now) not, so why offer the 2 option/s to do so? Overall: be friendlier, you would have got the job. PS plenty of companies do work weekends. It's not an odd question, in any capacity!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you want everything damaged. I paid thousands for packing, removal and for new boxes, and only about half of my possessions were packed, with the rest not packed but crammed into dirty boxes that had been used several times before with no wrapping or even lining of the boxes! I had agreed to pay extra for new boxes and got used dirty boxes. It wasn’t only furniture that was damaged – it was everything. I certainly did not get what I paid for. I have moved several times over the years and this was the most distressing, shambolic move ever. Don’t be fooled by the good historic reviews – I’m led to believe this company has recently changed management. I've given one star, as it would not allow zero stars to post the review. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Fantastic experience from Harry and the team. Arrived promptly and had us packed up very swiftly. The other end was a similar experience. This is the second time we have used them and this move was as smooth as the first. The dismantling and rebuilding of the beds makes it such a hassle free process.

Massive thank you to Terry, Jason & Tom for the extremely professional and stress free house move. Started moving our belongings as soon as they arrived and didn't stop until it was done. Very friendly and respectful to our belongings and houses (took steps to protect the carpets etc.. as there was a bit of rain). The very reasonable quote Terry gave us was spot on, no additional or hidden costs. Highly recommended

Great removals company. We moved 60 miles & Moving Matters made it very easy. Nothing was too much trouble for Terry & his team. Highly recommend them
