My daughter & I were really happy with this removal service. Massive vehicle/van to accommodate furnishings etc. Adrian was organised, punctual and friendly.

We hired this removal company (2 men and a van), and Adrian and his teammate did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were friendly, and worked quickly while taking great care of our belongings. They were also very organised, arranging everything efficiently in the van to make the move as smooth as possible.
There was a delay while we waited for the keys to our new home, and they patiently waited for over an hour without complaint, staying in the van the entire time. We really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude throughout the whole process.
Highly recommended for a stress-free move!

We used KK Removal last month for a house move and they were brilliant. The move was from SE London to zone 6 on the western side. Adrian and his colleague were polite and personable, they were very efficient and took good care of our belongings, and all done at a competitive price. It helped make what can be a painful experience a lot easier to deal with. Would recommend.

I hired this company to assist with moving items between storage facilities. The movers were highly efficient—the actual loading and unloading took approximately 30 minutes each way (1 hour total).
However, despite scheduling for 8:00 AM, they arrived at 8:45 AM, causing an initial delay of 45 minutes. Shortly after departure, we encountered heavy traffic right at the entrance of Blackwall Tunnel due to a recent accident (the police were putting down the blockade in front of my car), resulting in an additional 45-minute diversion for what would have otherwise been a 10-minute journey. So a 1 hour drive for what should have been a 23 minute journey.
As a result, the entire move took 3 hours instead of the anticipated 1 hour and 30 minutes. Expecting to pay for 2 hours, I was ultimately charged for 3 hours due to circumstances beyond my control. I requested a partial discount and proposed a compromise of 2.5 hours, but they only agreed to reduce the charge to 2.75 hours (£220).
Had the movers arrived on time, we would have avoided the traffic entirely, and the move would have taken the estimated 2 hours. I would have happily paid for 2 hours with a 10% tip, given their efficiency. While their work itself was commendable, I had to pay an additional £80 for a delay that was completely on the onus of the company. Such a shame.
