The Darlington Branch, under [Name removed by Sirelo] moved my 91 year-old housebound sister-in-law from Darlington to Solihull in the West Midlands. It was an emotional time for her and [Name removed by Sirelo] and the crew were understanding and helpful as well as efficient and careful. Their packing was perfectly done and delivered and unloaded carefully, cheerfully and efficiently. The next day they cleared the remaining items from the house and disposed of them and returned the keys to the Council. They sent photos of the empty rooms and a receipt from the Council for the keys. Excellent value for money and right from the start I had every confidence that the move would go well - and it did. Worthy of special mention is [Name removed by Sirelo] who saved me time, money and a 400 mile round trip by printing some last minute documents and getting them signed by my sister-in-law before sending them to the incompetent solicitors on my behalf. Local, extremely helpful lads. Loaded up most of the house on the Friday afternoon and finished off on the Monday morning before travelling to the Tunnel and getting to the new house the following afternoon.
