Slogan leaves a lot to be desired small e ought to care yes van is big enough to fit our removals but staff not willing to care for our stuff and feelings let alone getting the job done but hey wish all the bes5 for the fellas

Delivery and installation service was pathetic which was done on behalf of furniture village. Shaun and Matt who came to deliver & assemble the table were unprofessional and rude. Dinning table was covered with dust, created a mess on the floor and kitchen. It is our new build property so we provide shoe covers which they did not use or even bothered to ask for it. They could have used another floor matt to avoid this. We were told that delivery/assembly people will take the rubbish after assembly instead they left with a mess for us to clean after them. We had to clean the floor, our gym mats and dinning table as well. Would not recommend paying for this service. Thanks

Excellent service today from Steve and Rhys who delivered our very heavy electric sofa today from Furniture Village. Both were very kind and careful when bringing in the sofa, making sure they didn't scratch the wooden floor or door frames. It had to come up two flights of stairs as we live in a flat. Luckily it came in sections. Thank you. Dave & Dee

Delivery of my new sofa from furniture village was delivered by store to door service my delivery men was Steve and Reece
