TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! They moved us out of old address and put everything in storage until purchase of new house completed. The move out was okay, however when we moved into new house it was horrendous! We had problems getting in touch with Jacquie, when we eventually managed to get a response from her, we were told that they would be at our new address before noon. By 16.30 they still hadn’t turned up! There was no answer from Jacquie, other number on website not working! My husband eventually went to storage unit, Angie said she had no details about our move or even contact details for us! She told my husband that “ the movers” would be with us asap. When the removal van turned up it wasn’t even their truck, it was a different company and movers. Our furniture and boxes were all crammed in, the 3 men said something about P&M removal’s van breaking down.
Our leather Chesterfield sofa was damaged, as was the door frame. Dent in top of dressing table, cabinet door damaged. An Aura photo frame that was in original box, wrapped in lots of bubble wrap had been smashed! When I eventually got a reply on WhatsApp from Jaquie, she refused to take any responsibility!! Told us to get in touch with Darwen Removals and ask for Kevin!! We hadn’t entered into any formal or informal agreement with Darwen Removals!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers!! We paid everything up front as requested. Jacquie hasn’t even had the decency to apologise. I will be reporting P&M Removals and Storage to Trading Standards.Read more

P and M movers did our move ( which was a significant amount of stuff ) over a day using several vehicles and journeys. Jackie dropped off packing crates about a week before and then collected them when empty a few days after the move. All was done professionally and smoothly and the guys were great. By far the best price quoted and well worth it.

Totally unprofessional on every level and the ladys attitude ( Jaqui we believe) has haunted us ever since.
Trading standards have been informed because nobody speaks to my wife in that manner. We have no words for these people.

Jacqui and her team were excellent, despite delays caused by solicitors. They were patient, pleasant and efficient. I would happily use P&M Movers again.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Came out to quote us next day for a last minute move after our movers cancelled. Best the price we had been quoted and turned up on time with 2 vans and had our house cleared our house cleared out within 2 hours. Took a lot of care in moving our items and paid a lot of attention to where we wanted things placed. Extremely professional the whole time. Highly recommend.
