Hello, good evening Sir. Atlantic International Movers who are the representatives of llines International LLC to the United States. They actually work for Customs, they will always charge you what they can and, little by little your numbers will increase, when it comes time to pay taxes they will turn their backs on you and you will be alone in customs 'DGA'. They work with 'BUCONES' who will try to get you more money for everything. They were supposed to represent me when the customs rats checked my container. Then the customs rats 'scanners' everything to see the valuables and steal them. I lost brand watches, iPhone cell phones, branded lenses, fountain pens, cases, etc. Actually, my shipping company representative left the rats alone eating the cheese, I lost a lot of money. I don't want you to be the next person who has to go through this bad experience.
DO NOT think of working with [Names removed by Sirelo], because you will remember what you are reading and you will regret not taking it from me. All this that you see in the photo, was stolen from me and damaged and [Name removed by Sirelo], who was my person in charge and representative, closed his eyes, and let the rats (DGA) clean the container and fed themselves with everything they wanted. The people organising things in the office and giving the quotes were dishonest and let both us and their team of packers/ unpackers down. They also failed to offer any compensation for failing to meet their contractual obligations - we were left with items not assembled for 3 weeks after the date that the contract said the job would be done by!
The person giving the quote was asked to quote for space generously, and yet at the time our things did not all fit in the lorry and we were forced to leave things behind plus over fill our own trailer as well.
The person giving the quote also failed to take details that their team required for constructing items of furniture and our trampoline, leaving the team of packers and unpackers stressed and working longer hours than I'm sure is actually legal. This also necessitated us to help the packers and unpackers, which we did not anticipate having to do having paid a high price for the service to be done for us.
2 points however need to be awarded to this company for their staff that do the bulk of the work packing, unpacking, assembling and disassembling furniture. One cannot fault their attitude and work ethic. They did as well as they could, but it is a shame that the people up in the office let them down so badly.Read more

Atlantic were brilliant on the removals nothing too much trouble very efficient we chose them over another two companies as they were going to be the quickest we could have saved ourselves a lot of money as we are still waiting for our goods sitting in two sure loungers and nothing else not best pleased
