One van was 30 mins late and the other was 65 mins late… I realised that by agreeing an hourly rate, it wouldn’t be fast - it was ridiculously slow… the office spent the day chasing for extra payments… I had marks and wall damage at both my old and new house… after they left, I found a part of my dining table snapped - they didn’t mention that!
As soon as I had paid for extra time (shouldn’t have been necessary but they were desperately slow), I immediately got messages for another payment. I had to speak to the owner to object as 2 of the team had been in the back of the van for prayer time for 25 mins, he cancelled the payment but the team dropped what they were doing and left, leaving my house in a disorganised state!
I’ve moved house many times - it had never been this stressful!!
Shame on you as a business and an owner.
