They gave a low quote, I presume just to get our business then demanded around 25% more money once they had our possessions or they wouldn't release them. they were paid to pack, they only did about 50% of that and missed items they were meant to take and didn't take others they were meant to leave. There packing was not up to standard and we had many breakages. Some items didn't arrive with us and were lost somewhere. Our possessions were stored in 'an old shed' and many of the boxes were contaminated with blood and rodent faeces when they reached us Complaints procedure obstructive and impenetrable, basically non existent.
