Cowboys of the removal industry.
If you care for your possessions take my advice and avoid this bunch as they certainly won't care for them.
Damaged our furniture then denied liability and went so far as accusing us of making a false claim saying that we were claiming for previously damaged furniture which is absolutely bull.
The young lads have absolutely no removal experience and drove like bats out of hell and im surprised we didn't suffer more damage than we did.
So again avoid R&R at all cost, they are totally untrustworthy and I wouldn't trust them with a dump run never mind a removal.
You've been warned.


The first move with R&R in Dunoon was okay. Second move a disaster. We had our bedroom suite damaged and scratched. Communication went back and forward and we have been stamped as liars by the guys that did the move. R&R didn’t even know the guys who was moving and we had to describe how they looked as we didn’t know names. Also, we never received an invoice and cash payment was asked for. When we checked in prior the booking we have been assured that they have transport insurance included, again all verbally. Now, when we reported the damage we had been told it is only for NEW items - who has new items only? Compensation for damages still has not happend since December 2023.
If you want your goods safe, don’t bother with this business.
