its easy, ring martells at east grinstead, ask for [name removed by Sirelo] then sit back and relax. Job done. No fuss, great removal guys, friendly personal service from pick up storage and delivery.

Dreadful. Turned up late. 3 staff turned up. Moaned straight away about how far away house was from road. Informed us we should have paid more. 1staff left at 11.00 due to sickness of staff on day. Removing stuff was all over the place. The older staff complained too much to remove for 2 people. Made us feel uncomfortable that we ended up moving stuff for them ourselves especially from the garden and in the end threw stuff away as we were made to feel uncomfortable and time was ticking on. It made the move very late as the people moving into our property were waiting to get in. Made us late the other end so had to empty over 2 days and stuff went everywhere in new house as they couldn’t be bothered to put stuff in correct rooms. Also a garden item went missing and some stuff was broken. Complained to Martells but did not hear anything back. A reputable firm but was a disgrace for us. Would not recommend.

The removal team were prompt, polite and worked hard. However much of our property wasn't handled with particular care. For example fabric window blinds left resting on bushes in our front garden. Some mattresses not covered as agreed during the quote visit and dragged into the house.
