So far so good. The guys [Names removed by Sirelo] picked up our goods destined for Australia turning up exactly on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Very experienced and very professional and well mannered. [Name removed by Sirelo] in the back office has been in support the whole way. We hope and look forward to it being the same when reaching Australia.

We're in the process of moving to Dubai. Our consultant, [Name removed by Sirelo], has not only managed our move with excellent customer service and genuine care for us as a client, but also gave sound advise, and acted swiftly and professionally. [Name removed by Sirelo] is literally a text message away for any concern we've had! The packing team arrived at our house, at the advised time, they were friendly, polite and just an all round good bunch of men. They operated with a no-problem too big or too small attitude and were honestly a pleasure to have around. They worked quickly but took such great care with packing, and were unbelievably quiet (my hubby was working from home and was unaffected). I can only have praise for everyone who has taken part in our move from ReloUK so far. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am giving 1 star because the team who came to package everything were excellent and it was all done very well. However, the customer service is beyond poor. My items were meant to be on a shipment on 17 June and weren’t. They have not been able to provide any guidance when my items will ship, despite their emails saying they ship to all destinations regularly.
I would suggest if you need your items in a timely manner, do not use this company
