I was guaranteed a 7 day delivery of my goods and it took 21 days. They kept saying it was because of custom laws changing and long queues at Dover meanwhile my goods were not loaded and in transit until the 17th day after pick up from my place.
I think they were just waiting for more business to come in, more families to make a move this way and combine the load.
I would have appreciated honesty.
In the meantime i ran out of my medication.
I have some friends moving this way and I’ve told them not to use Rhino Removals, by any means.
Our delivery guy was super nice but didn’t speak English which made it difficult.
I would have rather paid more and not have gone through all the stress.
Keep in mind also that they ask you about the weight of your goods and you have to guess 🤔 Instead of weighing your goods on site when picked up they do it at their warehouse and then tell you to pay for all the extra weight.
In our case we ended up paying almost £600 more. BUT if it ends up being less, they don’t give you the overpaid money back.
