I end up spending wayy much more to accommodate to their poor communication. And excuses. Comfortably asking to adapt to them with no gesture or discount. I felt set up as ' if you don't pay we don't give your stuff back policy' literally had to physically hold the van as the driver did not speak English to sort the situation first.
The money kept adding and all I got was anxiety, stress ( including friends that I had to disturb) cab that I had to spend on...
It's very unfortunate to leave a bad review as we are living in a difficult time for everyone...
But I absolutely can't stay quiet about it!
Advice sometimes it better to pay MORE somewhere else, as this was a traumatic experience that I will not leave there or forget.

The following day was delivery day and as end of chain of 4 the money took a long time to clear.
However the large amount of plant pots were allowed to be put in garden,then some of the tools etc and boxes for garage were also allowed in.
By 4 pm clearance was given and keys given enabling unloading,unfortunately by then heavy rain had started ,but the lorry was about a yard from the front door and the 3 men worked very hard ,however they had heard by then they had to go to Watford at 5am the next day and they were clearly unhappy.
This affected their attitude and they rushed the job thereafter.
After they left we found boxes that were meant to go in garage including garden boots etc in the lounge though clearly marked garage,plus boxes in lounge for bedroom 2 and 3,bearing in mind that we are elderly Warmerhow did they expect us to take them upstairs?
We had been told that all hanging clothes cases were to be left with us,but the men insisted the plastic ones had to be emptied and put back on van,hence armfuls of clothes were thrust into a wardrobe ,
despite our protestations
We telephoned Justin as we were concerned how things had been dumped,both that day and the following day and also emailed.
We had met Justin and part of the reason for booking Rhino was that we both liked him and thought he was best for job.
We told him the Tv was just dumped on the floor seoerate from the stand and finally found the cables at the other end of lounge.
Besides that all our best coats,some very expensive ,appeared to be missing,we checked all the hanging cases but not there,we both telephoned and emailed Justin to no avail,actually asking us if we had unpacked every box,again remember we are elderly.
We finally founfpd them ,basically thrown into a flat Pickfords box,including my wife’s wedding outfit,all crushed ,with coats etc.
We mailed Justin to complain and also emailed asking for reimbursement for cleaning and pressing these clothes.
To date no reply,either by phone or email
Hence a word of warning ,be careful before you book this company,
They take your money quickly enough but no good on facing up to any problems.we find this behaviour both rude and ignorant .
Removal date 17th/18th December.

WE WOULD GIVE YOU 2 STARS ,HOWEVER THE PACKING WAS GOOD with only 1 breakage found so far.
