We want to thank you all so much for helping us move from Edinburgh to South Lanarkshire…. From the moment we contacted you… Thank you Jo…. Thank you to the one and only Sonny and all the team who gave us boxes and tape and very helpful advice and also to all the amazing team who helped us actually shift everything (pinball machine especially) 🤪 and other extremely heavy items.
Also thank you for your professionalism, your work ethic is fantastic and I hope you know how much we appreciate every single one of you 🙌💯

We just moved with the help of Broughton Removals this week (Edinburgh to Glasgow), and everything went brilliantly, also thanks to great communication from Jill in the admin department. We also decided to splurge on the packing service, and it was totally worth it: Mark packed countless books and mugs (collectors) in a fraction of the time it would have taken us and in a much safer way (no breakage). On both days, movers were super punctual and efficient, good at communicating with us regarding items to be moved and responsive to questions. Even when we had a bit of a hiccup (locking ourselves out of the new apartment), the moving crew was patient and understanding, helping us keep calm during a stressful time. All in all, we wholeheartedly recommend Broughton Removals and their services! Also, great and reasonable prices!

Highly recommend Broughton Removals. We booked in for a full packing service and move from a 3rd floor flat. I am currently 8 months pregnant and so appreciated all the kindness and care taken with everything. The pack was super quick and efficient and while unpacking we found so much care had been taken with our belongings.
The move itself went very well. The guys worked quickly and efficiently, on one of the hottest days of the year no less. Managed to negotiate very tight parking on a small road. Nothing was too much of a bother for the team and they made sure we were happy with where everything was put once into the new place. They were all absolutely lovely and did an excellent job. They took so much stress out of the move and we are very grateful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Thanks to Sonny coming out to give us a quote, everyone we dealt with in the office, and especially the team that didn't stop working on moving day. The team at Broughton Removals took a lot of the stress out of moving. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and if we move again we will be using their services. Thanks for the amazing service.

Highly recommend Broughton Removals! I moved within Edinburgh and the team were fantastic. They made my whole moving day seamless and significantly less stressful than I was expecting. The guys were super helpful and friendly, despite with my new home being on the third floor of a tenement stair, they were extremely efficient and had me fully moved before 3pm. Couldn’t recommend Broughton removals more and worth every penny!

If I could give Broughton Removals more than 5* I would. They are a truly excellent removal firm with a personal touch and care and attention in abundance. I had a complicated move at the end of last year with my belongings all having to go into storage for 2 weeks with less than 24 hours notice. It was an incredibly stressful time, but having a friendly person at the end of the phone reassuring me and providing options for me despite the chaos was really appreciated. My piano was damaged while in storage (probably due to something pressing against it and a temperature drop that week that cracked the lacquer), but not only were Broughton's as gutted as I was that it had happened, but took every care to get it repaired and with regular progress updates. Unfortunately there are very few specialists that fix this in the UK, but Broughton's were happy to collect the damaged part, carefully package it up in a purpose built crate, ship it to be fixed and do the same in reverse to get it back to me. Even down to the care and attention of the collection of that part was appreciated. I have no doubt that if my move was able to happen as originally planned without going into storage that my piano would have been fine. I cannot fault their responses to any query and dealing with each eventuality highly enough. I would recommend them without a doubt.
They even helped out the charity I work for with a ramp for an event at the last minute when the one we had on order was stuck in transit. Delivered it and collected it, and did it out of the goodness of their hearts without a charge.
