We have done work for BKR and completed the job for Darren and Kevin but they have not paid us and now ignoring our calls. Would not recommend.

A very efficient and pleasant service from the initial phone contact right through to the final closing of the door. The team is professional, prompt, experienced and pleasant , the estimate was good value for money and peace of mind! I cannot recommend them more highly .

After storing my items at Kevins previous company and having a very good experience with them I decided to store my items with his new company which I now realise was a huge mistake of mine. My framed signed Arsenal shirt was never returned from the storage unit I rented with him. I don't know what has happened to it and it is deeply upsetting as was a family memento. After messaging Kevin to try resolve this, quite shockingly I received a very lacklustre, careless, evasive response and now he doesn't even respond to me. Therefore I would never recommend this company and suggest using someone else!

We have recently moved out of Leicestershire, the communication, response and support from the company has been excellent.
Our family had advised us to opt for the packing service the day prior to the move, this was the best decision as I don't think we appreciated just how much 'stuff' we had to move.
The whole team from start to finish, were professional and kind, nothing was too much trouble, we cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough.
