First of all, the person I dealt with, [Name removed by Sirelo], was so rude that it raised my blood pressure after speaking with her and took me 2 hours to calm down.
I was talking to her in Greek because I thought it would be better for both of us to communicate in our native language. She ignored me, standing there on her phone and sending messages. When I asked her to listen to me, she made a stupid, racist comment, saying she couldn't understand me because I speak proper Greek instead of the Cypriot dialect. By the way, if anyone was having trouble understanding, it was me.
After an argument, I have been trying to make a proper complaint about that incident for two months, but the owner, manager, or whoever is in charge has never called me back. Every time they said I would receive a call, but I am still waiting.
Finally, when I left the car there, [Name removed by Sirelo] told me that I wouldn't be charged for storage, but I was charged for it on the invoice. Never again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. When I was buying a car from another company in Cyprus and mentioned I was sending my car with Andrew Shipping, they wished me good luck and guess what name of the staff they mentioned.
